Fine Bourghal, also known as fine bulgur wheat, is a versatile whole grain made from cracked wheat that has been parboiled, dried, and finely ground. With a light, fluffy texture when cooked, it’s perfect for tabbouleh, pilafs, soups, and as a healthy substitute for rice or couscous. High in fibre and nutrients, fine bourghal is an excellent addition to a balanced diet, offering a nutty flavour and satisfying texture.

NOTE: The minimum amount is 100g. Use the numbers to indicate how much you’d like. For example, 6 = 600g, 10 = 1000g
