Coarse Bourghal, also known as coarse bulgur wheat, is a whole grain made from cracked wheat that has been parboiled, dried, and coarsely ground. With a heartier texture than fine bulgur, it’s perfect for pilafs, salads, soups, and as a base for stuffing vegetables.

NOTE: The minimum amount is 100g. Use the numbers to indicate how much you’d like. For example, 6 = 600g, 10 = 1000g
