Ajwain seeds, also known as carom seeds, are small, oval-shaped seeds with a strong, aromatic flavour that is similar to thyme but more intense and slightly bitter. Commonly used in Indian, Middle Eastern, and Mediterranean cuisines, ajwain adds a sharp, savoury kick to curries, flatbreads, pickles, and spice blends.

NOTE: The minimum amount is 100g. Use the numbers to indicate how much you’d like. For example, 6 = 600g, 10 = 1000g
